Jens brings extensive experience in organizing international FEI competitions in Denmark for several decades. He has been a key figure behind major events such as FEI World Cup qualifiers, the European Championships in Herning 2013, and the ECCO FEI World Championships in Herning 2022. Known for his strong expertise in event planning and international collaboration, Jens has also led initiatives like Equitour Denmark and contributed to FEI Nations Cup events, helping position Denmark as a trusted and frequent host of top-level FEI competitions.

Dennis is a respected Danish dressage professional, coach, and event leader with extensive experience across elite sport, athlete development, and major equestrian events. A former Danish youth national team coach and Grand Prix rider, he has spent decades developing riders and horses to national and international championship level while contributing to the growth of Danish dressage.
As co-founder of Randbøl Dressage Academy, Dennis has helped establish one of Europe’s leading dressage centers, creating a platform for training, breeding, education, and major competitions, such as the FEI European Dressage Championships 2027.

Majken has played a key role in the organization of large-scale championships, including the IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship, where she has been responsible for hospitality and sustainability, driving initiatives that integrate operational excellence with environmental and social impact. Charlotte was also part of the ECCO FEI World Championships Herning2022 team as Head of Marketing, where she led the strategic marketing and communications efforts behind one of the largest sporting events ever hosted in Denmark. At Herning2022 the marketing team helped generate €56 million in media value and more than 5.5 million social media engagements. For the FEI European Dressage Vejle 2027, Charlotte is set on delivering great value and unforgettable memories again for riders, spectators and sponsors.
